Job Description
WeaveGrid is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and scale their driver-facing application, focusing on building new features, enhancing user engagement, and collaborating across teams to support the company's growth in electric grid integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy new features for the driver-facing application to support platform growth and capabilities.
- Design and implement user flows to enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention of platform users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Write, test, and maintain high-quality, robust code across front-end and back-end components.
- Manage technical aspects such as system reliability, monitoring, and addressing technical debt.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
Requirements
- Have been in a highly challenging role in software engineering for around or at least 3-5 years.
- Can make technical contributions independently.
- Have a proven ability to build impactful, high quality products.
- Are essential to the broader systems you are responsible for, managing tech debt, alerting, reliability, and monitoring.
- Can collaborate well with and mentor others.
- Proficient in TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Have strong experience in testing components, unit tests, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Possess backend competency, with a preference for Python.
- Are comfortable with microservice-based architecture and have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Have experience with relational database schema design.
- Are well-versed in AI use cases, options, and limitations for day-to-day development.

Base salary range of $120,000 - $175,000
