Job Description
The Chief of Staff will support strategic initiatives, manage business operations, and facilitate communication with executive leadership within the manufacturing technologies division, focusing on transformation projects, process improvements, and performance tracking in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage department and organizational reporting for manufacturing technologies transformation initiatives
- Develop action plans and prepare communications presentations
- Lead daily operations including organizing corporate events, workshops, supplier visits, staff meetings, and KPI reviews
- Improve team processes and implement sustainable initiatives through change communication
- Create dashboards to provide visibility, insights, and drive business execution
- Compile action lists from business reviews and follow up with stakeholders
- Review and present plans and progress reports to ensure targets are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, engineering, finance, or business
- At least 4 years of program management or business operations experience
- Knowledge in lean practices and transformation projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven track record of planning and leading strategic initiatives in a global organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences
- Fluent in German and English, with Spanish language skills considered desirable
