Job Description

A senior engineering role focused on leading and managing water resource projects related to stormwater control, flood mitigation, and water quality improvement, working with a multidisciplinary team to develop sustainable and cost-effective solutions for public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead water resource projects related to stormwater control, drainage, and management systems.
  • Shape sustainable, cost-effective, and environmentally impactful solutions for clients' water management challenges.
  • Manage project teams or serve as a technical task lead to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Design, model, and develop stormwater drainage and management systems for various public and private sector projects.

Requirements

  • Possess 10-15 years of experience related to water resource projects, including project management or task leadership roles.
  • Have the ability to drive innovative water resource projects as either a Project Manager or Technical Task Lead.
  • Demonstrate expertise in shaping sustainable solutions for clients' pressing water resource challenges.
  • Be capable of leading projects with a focus on sustainability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Possess the skills to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, hydrologists, scientists, designers, and technicians.
  • Be able to develop and implement practical, cost-effective, and maintenance-friendly stormwater control measures.
  • Have experience designing, modeling, and developing stormwater drainage and management systems for DOT, county, city, Class I railroad, and private projects nationwide.
  • Be able to work in a hybrid work environment with in-office presence from Monday to Friday, specifically in-office Tuesday through Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday.
  • Successfully complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
