Job Description

The Regional Field Sales Manager leads and coaches a team of sales consultants to drive outreach, generate qualified leads, and promote clean energy solutions in Massachusetts through community engagement and strategic territory management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Sales Consultants
  • Develop data-informed strategies to maximize lead generation in high-conversion areas
  • Support team with in-field shadowing, live coaching, and skill development
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to exceed targets
  • Oversee territory assignments and optimize outreach efforts
  • Coordinate with operations and energy consultant teams for seamless lead handoff
  • Represent Tetra at community events and execute outreach initiatives
  • Maintain documentation of team performance and report KPIs to leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales or outreach teams ideally in door-to-door, solar, home services, or related industries
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and performance tracking tools
  • Physical capability to support an active field-based role
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
  • Deep interest in clean energy, sustainability, or residential efficiency solutions
