Job Description
The Regional Field Sales Manager leads and coaches a team of sales consultants to drive outreach, generate qualified leads, and promote clean energy solutions in Massachusetts through community engagement and strategic territory management.
Responsibilities
- •Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Sales Consultants
- •Develop data-informed strategies to maximize lead generation in high-conversion areas
- •Support team with in-field shadowing, live coaching, and skill development
- •Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to exceed targets
- •Oversee territory assignments and optimize outreach efforts
- •Coordinate with operations and energy consultant teams for seamless lead handoff
- •Represent Tetra at community events and execute outreach initiatives
- •Maintain documentation of team performance and report KPIs to leadership
Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales or outreach teams ideally in door-to-door, solar, home services, or related industries
- •Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- •Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and performance tracking tools
- •Physical capability to support an active field-based role
- •Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- •Deep interest in clean energy, sustainability, or residential efficiency solutions
