Job Description
A Senior Backend Engineer on the AI Team responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing infrastructure to support machine learning-powered clinical features, decision support systems, and innovations in Generative AI, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and optimize infrastructure supporting ML-powered clinical features and decision support systems
- Develop and maintain secure, robust, and scalable backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless access to personalized, data-driven care
- Contribute to upcoming innovations in Generative AI within the platform
Requirements
- Proven experience as a backend engineer with a focus on building, scaling, and optimizing infrastructure that supports machine learning-powered clinical features, decision support systems, and innovations in Generative AI.
- Experience working directly with cross-functional teams to ensure products are robust, scalable, and secure, providing seamless access to personalized, data-driven care for both internal and external users.
- Strong proficiency in backend development skills, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining infrastructure that supports AI and machine learning applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure backend solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services to support scalable applications.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to building secure systems that protect sensitive healthcare data.
- Experience with modern backend technologies and frameworks relevant to AI and healthcare applications.
