Job Description
A Project Manager Trainee at Sword Health will support Agile teams and project delivery processes by facilitating operations, maintaining team alignment, and contributing to planning and cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic, global environment focused on using technology to improve human health.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Agile teams and project delivery processes
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, product owners, and cross-functional teams
- Facilitate day-to-day operations and maintain team alignment
- Contribute to planning of goals and roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within the Research Systems Program Management team
- Assist in keeping teams aligned and focused on project objectives
- Support communication, continuous improvement, and shared success initiatives
Requirements
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Demonstrate a highly motivated and detail-oriented approach.
- Support Agile teams and project delivery processes through practical experience.
- Work closely with project managers, engineering leads, product owners, and cross-functional teams to facilitate day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to the planning of goals and roadmaps for projects.
- Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives within the Research Systems Program Management team.
- Operate at the core of product and project delivery, collaborating with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to keep teams aligned and focused.
- Value and practice clear communication, continuous improvement, and shared success in project work.
- Be committed to a 12-month program that involves building, questioning, and applying skills to solve human problems at scale.
- Have the ability to support and understand Agile methodologies and project delivery processes.
