Job Description
A remote seasonal position for a Doctor of Physical Therapy to create personalized treatment programs, build trusting relationships with members, and enhance their physical and mental health through innovative coaching and protocols within the Clinical Operations team at Sword Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Create personalized physical health programs for members using the Sword Portal
- Help members achieve their physical health goals and improve their well-being
- Build strong, trusting relationships with members
- Innovate with coaching techniques and programming protocols to enhance member experience
- Ensure high satisfaction and measurable improvements in members' physical and mental health
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the United States.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience in creating personalized programming for physical health improvement.
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with members.
- Capability to innovate with coaching and programming protocols to enhance the member experience.
- Availability to work a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs.
- Variable hours availability, with weekly hours fluctuating between 25 hours and 40 hours.
