Job Description
This is an entry-level, hands-on cybersecurity trainee role within the Security Operations Squad, where you'll gain practical experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and cloud security, contributing to the company's operational cybersecurity efforts and overall security maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, review, and improve processes within incident response and threat intelligence
- Design response playbooks for security incidents
- Participate in threat hunting activities
- Follow the full lifecycle of security incidents to increase resilience and agility
- Contribute to building and enhancing the company's security controls
- Support operational cybersecurity efforts in a multi-cloud environment
- Apply and adhere to security frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST CSF, and OWASP
Requirements
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role designed for individuals at the start of their InfoSec careers.
- Ability to gain hands-on experience building, reviewing, and improving key processes within incident response and threat intelligence.
- Ability to participate in designing response playbooks and threat hunting activities.
- Follow the full lifecycle of security incidents to help increase resilience and agility in a complex, multi-cloud environment.
- Work within a team focused on building and improving the company's security controls, enhancing day-to-day processes, and driving maturity through operational excellence.
- Work grounded in market-recognized frameworks such as ISO 27000, NIST CSF, and OWASP.
- This position does not offer relocation assistance.
