Job Description
A hands-on training role supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, aimed at building a strong foundation in business finance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
- Assist in financial planning and analysis tasks
- Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with analysts and business partners on financial data
- Support revenue modeling, cost control, and gross margin improvement initiatives
- Participate in managing core financial cycles such as monthly reporting and long-range planning
- Assist in automating processes and developing dashboards to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Candidates must be recent graduates with a strong interest in business finance and a desire to build a career in financial planning and analysis.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Candidates must be able to collaborate closely with analysts and business partners to support core financial cycles such as monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Candidates must support activities related to revenue modeling, cost control, and gross margin improvement.
- Candidates must support budgeting processes across marketing, supply chain, R&D, and corporate functions.
- Candidates must be prepared to contribute to automation and dashboarding initiatives to improve scale and efficiency.
- Candidates must be committed to building strong foundations in business finance through hands-on learning and practical application.
- Candidates must be able to work effectively in a data-driven environment, contributing to reporting, performance monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Candidates must be willing to participate actively in a 12-month trainee program that involves meaningful work, building and questioning processes, and rapid learning.
