Job Description
The role involves developing analytical tools and managing risks associated with Energy Attribute Certificates (EAC) while analyzing renewable energy markets to forecast trends and identify trading opportunities. Candidates should have experience in options trading and a strong background in quantitative analysis.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and maintain EAC market models to forecast price trends and trading opportunities
- •Identify new quantitative tools and refine models for analytical excellence
- •Manage risk in local and international EAC Energy Attribute Certificates
- •Analyze renewable energy markets and identify EAC supply-demand drivers
- •Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Requirements
- •2-5 years of experience in options trading, showcasing a proven track record in derivatives markets, particularly in challenging, opaque OTC markets.
- •Advanced Python and R required.
- •Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- •Excellent English proficiency.
- •Currently living in or open to relocating to Mexico City.
