Job Description
The Corporate Account Manager at STRIVE is responsible for expanding the customer portfolio in the Iberian region by engaging with clients across various industries, understanding their decarbonization needs, and providing tailored sustainable solutions to support their environmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer portfolio in the Iberian region by engaging with prospective clients across various industries.
- Understand clients' climate and decarbonization needs to tailor sustainable solutions.
- Generate and nurture leads within specific sectors to grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person interactions and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored decarbonization solutions.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and technological advancements affecting the market.
- Lead targeted outreach efforts to acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or sector related fields
- 2-5 years of relevant finance sustainability work experience
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
- Ability to deeply understand clients' climate decarbonization needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approaches to identify and tailor solutions from the company's product portfolio
- Display outstanding interpersonal skills, excelling in collaborative efforts within dynamic team environments, while skillfully cultivating direct working relationships
