Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Project Controls, is responsible for coordinating and maintaining project schedules for commercial solar installations, ensuring smooth transitions from development to construction, and supporting teams with timeline management, milestone tracking, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules for commercial solar installations
- Track key milestones, permitting timelines, and construction deliverables
- Serve as a link between project development, sales, and operations teams
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on project timelines
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Support internal teams with updates and documentation related to project timelines
Requirements
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules for commercial solar installations, ensuring a smooth transition from development through construction.
- Serve as a critical link between project development, sales, and operations teams by tracking key milestones, permitting timelines, and construction deliverables.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
- Support internal teams with timely updates and documentation related to project schedules.
- Possess a strong understanding of construction lifecycles.
