Job Description
A project planning professional responsible for developing and managing integrated schedules, project controls, and data-driven reporting for complex construction projects in high-tech and infrastructure sectors, ensuring efficient delivery and risk management while supporting team development and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- •Own and manage the project plan for one or more construction projects, ensuring effective execution and mitigation of delays.
- •Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan to achieve project objectives.
- •Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective project delivery.
- •Develop scalable, repeatable best practices, tools, and solutions in collaboration with the team.
- •Coach, support, and develop a high-performing project team while enhancing client capabilities.
Requirements
- •Construction engineering background with at least 7 years of experience on construction projects, either as a Project Planner, PMO, or Project Controls professional.
- •Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6 (P6) or Excel.
- •Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- •Relentless approach to dealing with people, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- •Track record of making projects and organizations better beyond just doing the basics.
- •Ability to develop and manage integrated master schedules, project controls, and data-driven reporting systems.
- •Ability to identify risks early, keep teams aligned, and ensure effective project delivery across all phases.
- •Willingness to support initial placement in the UK/EU with relocation to the UAE upon project confirmation, with full support provided.
- •Must currently be located in and have the right to work in the UK or EU.
