Job Description
The Project Manager at SolidEnergy Systems leads international business development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive activities to ensure successful project execution aligned with company strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international business development projects aligned with company strategies.
- Develop project work plans, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating internal resources.
- Evaluate projects, assess risks, and develop adjustment and emergency strategies during project execution.
- Coordinate with experts, customers, and suppliers to make complex technical, quality, and cost decisions.
- Manage multiple project teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide administrative support for executive meetings, including preparing agendas, documentation, and minutes.
- Organize and maintain reports, correspondence, organizational charts, and presentations for the CEO's office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or the equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related occupation.
- Prior experience must include 2 years of project management for executive level projects.
- Professional level proficiency speaking Korean and Mandarin is required.
- Ability to travel to South Korea for annual meetings.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $134,098.00 - $165,000.00
