Job Description
The Senior Deal Desk Program Analyst at Samsara is responsible for managing third-party financing programs, supporting deal operations, and driving process improvements across sales, finance, and legal teams to optimize deal processes and ensure compliance in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and maintain relationships with third-party financing partners, supporting program optimization and compliance
- •Support Deal Desk operational initiatives, including process improvement, policy development, and internal enablement
- •Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Deal Desk policies, procedures, and workflows
- •Drive projects related to Deal Desk systems and tools, including implementation, configuration, and optimization
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to identify operational improvements and support solution implementation
Requirements
- •Experience managing third-party financing or customer financing programs.
- •5 years of professional work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a project management or operations role.
- •Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- •Experience managing projects supporting Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Accounting, and/or Finance teams.
- •Demonstrated understanding of established project management practices and tools.
- •A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
