Job Description

This role involves managing customer renewals and ensuring a seamless customer experience to maximize revenue, while building strong relationships and continuously improving renewal processes within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the auto-renewal component of the customer journey to maximize revenue and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Organize, prioritize, and improve auto-renewal processes
  • Communicate patterns and guide process improvement projects with Renewal Leadership
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to support renewal and retention
  • Work cross-functionally to accommodate client needs for renewal

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions
  • High level of interest in the IoT space
  • Excitement around growing a sales career
  • Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
