Job Description
This role involves managing customer renewals and ensuring a seamless customer experience to maximize revenue, while building strong relationships and continuously improving renewal processes within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- •Own the auto-renewal component of the customer journey to maximize revenue and ensure a positive customer experience
- •Organize, prioritize, and improve auto-renewal processes
- •Communicate patterns and guide process improvement projects with Renewal Leadership
- •Build and maintain genuine relationships with customers to support renewal and retention
- •Work cross-functionally to accommodate client needs for renewal
Requirements
- •Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions
- •High level of interest in the IoT space
- •Excitement around growing a sales career
- •Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- •Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
- •Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end
- •Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
