Job Description

The role involves leading and managing the Sales Operations team to optimize sales processes, drive operational excellence, and support the company's growth strategy through cross-functional initiatives and policy governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations managers and analysts.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to shape operational projects and ensure their execution.
  • Act as the voice of Sales in company-wide transformations and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process and policy improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage global Sales Policy governance, ensuring compliance and clarity across regions.
  • Lead change management and training efforts for new systems and processes.
  • Align operational activities with company culture principles and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 10 years of experience in a sales operations role
  • 5 years of experience in a people management role
  • Proven experience in leadership, management, and hiring
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle escalated projects independently end-to-end
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales policies and processes at a company and individual sales rep level
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
