Job Description
The role involves leading and managing the Sales Operations team to optimize sales processes, drive operational excellence, and support the company's growth strategy through cross-functional initiatives and policy governance.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations managers and analysts.
- •Partner with Sales Leadership to shape operational projects and ensure their execution.
- •Act as the voice of Sales in company-wide transformations and strategic initiatives.
- •Identify and implement process and policy improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- •Manage global Sales Policy governance, ensuring compliance and clarity across regions.
- •Lead change management and training efforts for new systems and processes.
- •Align operational activities with company culture principles and values.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- •10 years of experience in a sales operations role
- •5 years of experience in a people management role
- •Proven experience in leadership, management, and hiring
- •Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle escalated projects independently end-to-end
- •Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand sales policies and processes at a company and individual sales rep level
- •Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
