Job Description
The role involves leading and developing the Enterprise Customer Success strategy to maximize customer value and satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer relationships and growth within a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- •Define and execute the strategy for the Enterprise and Public Sector Customer Success team
- •Hire, develop, and retain a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers across the US and Canada
- •Ensure the overall success and high-quality experience of the company's largest customers
- •Manage and prioritize work based on sales pipelines and data analysis
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey
- •Deliver on commitments and build enduring customer relationships
- •Champion and embed company cultural principles within the team
Requirements
- •Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, SaaS, or related fields.
- •Structured thinker with the ability to create and execute a cohesive strategy.
- •Track record of working cross-functionally to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders and create step changes in business operations.
- •Strong empathy towards customers and passion for revenue and growth.
- •Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue SaaS business models.
- •Strong project management, analytic, and organizational skills.
- •Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
