Job Description

The role involves leading and developing the Enterprise Customer Success strategy to maximize customer value and satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer relationships and growth within a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for the Enterprise and Public Sector Customer Success team
  • Hire, develop, and retain a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers across the US and Canada
  • Ensure the overall success and high-quality experience of the company's largest customers
  • Manage and prioritize work based on sales pipelines and data analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey
  • Deliver on commitments and build enduring customer relationships
  • Champion and embed company cultural principles within the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, SaaS, or related fields.
  • Structured thinker with the ability to create and execute a cohesive strategy.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders and create step changes in business operations.
  • Strong empathy towards customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue SaaS business models.
  • Strong project management, analytic, and organizational skills.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
