Job Description
The role involves managing full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire diverse talent for Samsara's corporate and GTM teams, partnering with hiring managers, and promoting an inclusive and positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- •Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for corporate and GTM teams.
- •Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate interview and offer processes.
- •Engage passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques and promote Samsara as an employer of choice.
- •Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- •Analyze and synthesize data to identify hiring trends and unblock recruitment challenges.
- •Advise on structured interview processes and coach interviewers on inclusive practices.
- •Track pipeline data and provide updates to hiring managers.
- •Embed Samsara’s cultural principles and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- •Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- •Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- •Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- •Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- •Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism both internally and externally.
- •Target driven, detail oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- •Previous tech experience preferred.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with unwavering focus.
- •Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- •BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
