Job Description

The Account Development Representative at Samsara is responsible for generating leads, building demand, and supporting the company's go-to-market strategy through outbound prospecting and customer engagement, with opportunities for career growth in SaaS sales within the IoT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for leads and map enterprise accounts to build demand for Samsara's products
  • Engage with prospective customers through high-volume cold calling
  • Develop an understanding of various industries and their operational needs
  • Collaborate with sales team members and top-tier executives to support sales efforts
  • Qualify and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • High level of interest in the IoT space
  • Excitement around growing a sales career
  • Comfortability in a dynamic, customer facing environment
  • Previous cold calling experience
  • Motivation to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French
