Job Description
The Account Development Representative at Samsara is responsible for generating leads, building demand, and supporting the company's go-to-market strategy through outbound prospecting and customer engagement, with opportunities for career growth in SaaS sales within the IoT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for leads and map enterprise accounts to build demand for Samsara's products
- Engage with prospective customers through high-volume cold calling
- Develop an understanding of various industries and their operational needs
- Collaborate with sales team members and top-tier executives to support sales efforts
- Qualify and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline
Requirements
- High level of interest in the IoT space
- Excitement around growing a sales career
- Comfortability in a dynamic, customer facing environment
- Previous cold calling experience
- Motivation to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French
