Job Description
Results for Development (R4D) is seeking providers for graphic design and copy-editing services to support various project-related materials, including reports, newsletters, and social media graphics, ensuring compliance with branding requirements.
Responsibilities
- •Provide graphic design services for reports, newsletters, social media, and presentations.
- •Create materials that comply with R4D and donor branding requirements.
- •Offer copy editing services for technical reports, journal articles, and official documents.
- •Ensure compliance with style guides such as Chicago Manual of Style and APA Style.
- •Deliver multimedia files in various formats including PDF, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- •Offerors must provide Graphic Design and/or Copy-Editing services at the request of R4D.
- •Graphic Design Services must comply with R4D and donor branding requirements, including Accessibility and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.
- •Copy Editing Services must comply with R4D and donor branding requirements, including the Chicago Manual of Style, Merriam-Webster dictionary, The Associated Press Stylebook, APA Style and Publication Manual, and UK Government Digital Service GDS Style Guide.
- •Offeror must provide a statement of experience and compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
- •Offeror must provide at least 3 work samples and client references for which they have provided services similar to those requested.
- •Proposals must include the name, address, and email address for the Offeror's contact person.
- •Offerors must submit an offer to this RFQ no later than 11:59 PM EST on February 20, 2025.
- •Proposals must be sent via email to specified contacts with the subject line 'Response 2025 Graphic Design COMPANY NAME'.
- •Offeror must clearly identify any third-party products or services that are part of its RFQ response.
- •Offeror must comply with prohibitions on certain telecommunications and technology services according to FAR 52.204-24 and FAR 52.204-25.
- •Offeror must indicate whether or not their company has a MWBE certification by an accredited certification body.
