Job Description
The Governance and Strategy Specialist is responsible for shaping and supporting the development of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) strategies within the Intelligence Community, ensuring alignment with national priorities and promoting best practices across agencies.
Responsibilities
- •Shape the future of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) within the Intelligence Community.
- •Support oversight of IC open-source resources to ensure alignment with national intelligence priorities.
- •Promote best practices for OSINT programs across interagency partners.
- •Contribute to OSINT strategy and innovation using advanced technology.
Requirements
- •Experience supporting or overseeing Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) programs within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- •Ability to ensure alignment of OSINT programs with national intelligence priorities.
- •Experience promoting best practices across interagency partners involved in OSINT activities.
- •Knowledge of the current landscape of OSINT strategy and innovation within the intelligence field.
- •Ability to support a key sponsor in oversight of IC open-source resources.
- •Demonstrated understanding of advanced technology used in intelligence gathering and analysis related to OSINT.
- •Experience in shaping or developing strategies related to OSINT within government or intelligence agencies.
