Job Description
The job involves designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the Workday ecosystem, specifically focusing on Talent Management modules. The role requires collaboration with HR teams to optimize business processes, provide system support, and deliver training while ensuring compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- •Design, configure, and implement solutions within Workday and the HR Legal technical ecosystem.
- •Develop and maintain calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, and advanced reports.
- •Leverage Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and other tools for custom integrations and advanced development.
- •Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
- •Optimize business processes by enhancing workflows and automating manual tasks.
- •Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement regular updates and enhancements.
- •Ensure system compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
- •Participate in Workday releases and assess new features for Talent Management modules.
- •Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams for seamless integrations.
- •Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for Workday Talent Management tools.
- •Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent Management functionality.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- •5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on Talent Management modules.
- •Strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and reporting.
- •Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
- •Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
- •Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- •Certification in Workday Talent Management or other Workday modules.
- •Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in talent acquisition, performance, and career development.
- •Experience in Agile development environments such as ServiceNow and Jira.
