Job Description
The role involves leading and coordinating large-scale User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment to support successful product rollouts and business validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define UAT strategy, framework, and governance in alignment with project goals
- Coordinate and oversee UAT test planning, including test scenarios, scripts, and data preparation
- Manage UAT execution, including tester onboarding, test case tracking, defect logging, and status reporting
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the UAT lifecycle
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop real-world validation scenarios
- Partner with technical teams to ensure test environment readiness and seamless transition from system testing
- Capture lessons learned, refine UAT processes, and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in program or project management with a strong focus on UAT or testing coordination for enterprise initiatives
- Highly analytical and process-oriented, with strong execution skills and a focus on results
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional testing efforts involving business, IT, and PMO stakeholders with both execution and adoption focus
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle, test planning, and defect management
- Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management, influence, and facilitation abilities
- Experience working in partnership with project program managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure aligned execution
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Asana, JIRA, SPM, or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and change management principles is a plus
- Work full-time from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies
