Job Description
The role involves developing and managing partner relationships in Korea to drive sales, support partner performance, and execute channel programs within the data storage industry, with a focus on strategic partner management and business growth.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and manage partner relationships in Korea
- •Recruit, support, and oversee partners to maximize sales potential
- •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams to promote products and drive revenue
- •Conduct contract negotiations and define partner business plans
- •Manage sales orders and provide performance updates to stakeholders
- •Coach and develop partner-facing teams to improve performance
- •Lead channel programs to generate partner-led opportunities
- •Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders
- •Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
- •Perform regular business performance reviews with partners
Requirements
- •Demonstrated experience developing the Channel ecosystem in Korea, with strategic partner management being a plus
- •Proven track record of creating inclusive team cultures that value diversity of thought and collaboration
- •Collaborative person with a growth mindset
- •Ambitious attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company
- •Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
- •Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a strong sense of urgency in delivering results
- •Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
- •Passion for post-sales customer partner success
- •Knowledge of the storage industry, specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures
- •Business fluent Korean and English language skills
