Job Description

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will develop and lead cross-functional marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the data storage industry, utilizing strategic planning, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging
  • Leverage market research and industry trends to inform campaign strategies
  • Identify marketing channels and tactics to achieve campaign goals
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs and metrics, making data-driven adjustments
  • Develop internal communication programs to ensure alignment and engagement
  • Communicate campaign strategies and results to executive leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in integrated marketing and campaign strategy development, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing, preferably in the IT, data storage, or cloud computing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools and analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to work from one of the following office locations in compliance with company policies: Santa Clara, CA; Bellevue, WA; or Raleigh RTP, North Carolina.
  • Work experience in developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns, including defining campaign objectives, target audiences, key messaging, and leveraging market research, customer insights, and industry trends.
  • Experience in assisting with campaign budgets and timelines, and evaluating campaign effectiveness through KPIs and metrics.
  • Ability to develop and implement internal communication programs to ensure alignment and engagement across marketing teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ability to develop and lead cross-functional campaign workflows and optimize marketing processes.
  • Willingness to work in an in-office environment at specified locations.

Benefits & Perks

Annual base salary range of 118,000 to 224,000 USD
