Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing digital experiences for partners and sales at Pure Storage, focusing on the development and maintenance of tools like the partner portal and reporting dashboards. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-friendly, data-driven solutions that support autonomous partner engagement.
Responsibilities
- •Execute the vision for the Partner Digital Experience.
- •Document business requirements for digital tools and dashboards.
- •Map requirements to system needs and work with IT for implementation.
- •Monitor project progress and propose mitigation strategies.
- •Gather requirements for partner master data and metrics.
- •Lead user acceptance testing for new tools and enhancements.
- •Build cross-functional relationships to gather updates for the portal.
- •Analyze metrics for continuous improvement and adoption.
- •Drive adoption of partner portal and digital tools among partners and sales teams.
Requirements
- •8 years in GTM, digital transformation, or partner enablement.
- •Experience executing digital visions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- •Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and user-focused design.
- •Strong analytical skills for data-driven improvements.
- •Experience in Agile or iterative development and change management.
- •Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- •Familiarity with tech or channel ecosystems.
- •BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- •Willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies.
