Job Description
The role involves developing and managing reseller and technology alliance partnerships within the storage industry, driving sales growth, executing partner strategies, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote products and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reseller and technology alliance relationships in the assigned region
- Recruit, develop, and support business relationships with partners
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to promote products and drive revenue
- Create strategies to maximize product sell-through within channel partners
- Manage sales orders and communicate status to partners and managers
- Conduct contract negotiations and define partner sales plans
- Drive partner sales growth through training, support, and best practices
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
- BA degree in business, marketing or software engineering
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
- Passion for post-sales customer success
- Knowledge of the storage industry specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures
