Job Description

The role involves developing and managing reseller and distributor relationships in Singapore for a data storage company, driving sales growth through channel strategies, supporting partners, and collaborating with internal teams to promote products and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage reseller and distributor relationships in Singapore
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive revenue through partners
  • Create strategies to maximize product sell-through within the channel
  • Manage and serve as the main point of contact for partners
  • Drive partners to maximize sales and partnership potential through pipeline contribution, training, and support
  • Manage sales orders and communicate order status to partners and managers
  • Inform partners about new product offerings and channel programs
  • Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
  • Conduct contract negotiations and develop partner distribution business plans
  • Perform monthly and quarterly business performance reviews for partners
  • Execute channel programs to generate channel-led business contributions

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels in Singapore.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or software engineering.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success.
  • Knowledge of the storage industry specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures.
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
  • Strong communication skills.
