Job Description
Leading and managing a technical services team responsible for monitoring customer data storage arrays, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring efficient customer support in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- •Lead and scale the technical services engineering team monitoring customer arrays 24x7
- •Document processes and train team members on their functions
- •Manage customer concerns and issues, utilizing internal and external resources
- •Develop and implement process improvements and scalability strategies
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business units and stakeholders
- •Participate in on-call support rotation and shift work
- •Support troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, escalating as needed
- •Contribute to projects related to technical services and process enhancements
Requirements
- •5 years of experience in customer-facing, technical services related work.
- •3 years of experience in direct leadership as a people manager.
- •Willingness to work the shift Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm EST.
- •Experience developing strong teams through recruiting, performance management, and team professional development.
- •Experience in the foundations of troubleshooting complex technical problems.
- •Experience in supporting both hardware and software products, triaging issues, and escalating them to the appropriate groups such as Product Management, Engineering, etc.
- •Proven ability to manage customer concerns and issues, utilizing appropriate internal and external resources.
- •Ability to operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate thought leadership and an innovative mindset.
- •Flexibility with shifts with advance notice and ability to participate in on-call after hours support rotation.
- •Participation in or contribution to projects as assigned.
Benefits
- •Salary range: 117,000 - 178,000 USD annually
