Job Description
The Inside Sales Manager leads and develops a team of Sales Development Representatives focused on generating qualified opportunities and driving pipeline growth for enterprise accounts in the Asia Pacific Japan region, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- •Recruit, develop, and lead a team of SDRs to meet pipeline and sales objectives
- •Create a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, collaboration, and accountability
- •Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales to design and implement engagement campaigns
- •Establish priorities and strategic direction for the team
- •Coach and support SDRs in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and deal progression
- •Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and implement improvements
- •Maintain ongoing communication, feedback, and support for team members
Requirements
- •8 years of inside sales management or team lead experience within the high-tech or enterprise IT industry, preferably within the Asia Pacific market.
- •Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling high-performing inside sales or SDR teams.
- •A proven sales track record, either in an inside sales or field sales capacity.
- •Strong familiarity with sales methodologies, tools, and technologies including Salesforce, Outreach, InsideSales.com, ZoomInfo, Discover.org, etc.
- •Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure storage, virtualization, cloud, or data management is strongly preferred.
- •Experience collaborating with channel sales teams and/or field sales on joint pipeline generation strategies.
- •Experience in field closing or managing pipeline across longer, complex sales cycles is a plus.
- •Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others effectively.
