Job Description
The BDR Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing inbound lead conversion processes, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve funnel velocity and pipeline contribution, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement in lead qualification and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- •Inform and enable inbound SDR teams on upcoming marketing programs to generate MQLs
- •Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to build, manage, and optimize outreach sequences for inbound programs
- •Ensure accurate routing and timely follow-up of qualified leads with Marketing Operations and Field teams
- •Maintain and improve reporting accuracy across dashboards and systems, providing insights on pipeline and bookings
- •Conduct audits of inbound conversion performance across lead sources
- •Develop and maintain a roadmap to improve MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates
- •Drive data-informed recommendations to enhance lead scoring, qualification, and sales handoffs
- •Lead regular performance reviews with Paid Media, ABM, and SDR teams to identify gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- •Experience in BDR SDR enablement, marketing operations, or demand generation
- •Strong execution skills with a data-driven mindset and KPI ownership
- •Proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations functions
- •Proficiency with SFDC (Salesforce) and marketing automation lead generation systems
- •Experience in assessing the health and performance of inbound conversion channels and driving process innovation for speed-to-lead engagement
- •Ability to build, manage, and optimize outreach sequences for inbound programs in collaboration with Marketing and SDR teams
- •Experience in maintaining reporting accuracy across dashboards and systems such as SFDC and lead generation platforms
- •Ability to provide actionable insights to Campaign and Field Marketing teams on programs driving pipeline and bookings
- •Experience conducting regular audits of inbound conversion performance across lead sources such as web, paid, and ABM
- •Ability to build and maintain a roadmap to improve MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates across segments
- •Ability to drive data-informed recommendations to improve lead scoring, qualification processes, and sales handoffs
- •Experience leading bi-weekly syncs with Paid Media, ABM, and SDR teams to identify performance gaps and conversion opportunities
- •Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting remote stakeholders
- •Based in Staines, UK, with the ability to be present in the office 3 days a week as per hybrid work policy
