Job Description
This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a leading data storage company, involving rotations across key finance functions, project ownership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- •Rotate through core areas of Financial Planning and Analysis to develop forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
- •Own and execute a high-impact project within Finance, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- •Maintain routine financial reporting, build and enhance dashboards, and contribute to automation efforts
- •Support data accuracy and consistency across financial reports and analysis
- •Gain hands-on experience with financial systems, accounting processes, and data tools
- •Transform complex data into actionable business insights
Requirements
- •Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related business field, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
- •Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Slides
- •Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
- •Experience with financial modeling, SQL, Python, or database programming is a bonus
- •Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights
- •Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a collaborative, proactive mindset
- •Familiarity with project management concepts and/or software such as MS Project or Trello
- •Basic understanding of AI chatbots
- •Strong organizational and time management skills
- •Able to commit 20 hours per week during the academic year
- •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-office, team-oriented environment
- •Willing to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with company policies
