Job Description

The role involves leading data-driven talent acquisition workforce planning, capacity modeling, and performance analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and support business growth in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute data-driven talent acquisition workforce planning and capacity modeling
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to measure TA effectiveness
  • Identify capacity risks and propose solutions to optimize recruiting resources
  • Lead quarterly and annual recruiting planning in collaboration with finance and business leaders
  • Align recruiting capacity with business priorities and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect recruiting strategy with broader workforce and business plans

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition managing capacity, demand planning, and metrics.
  • At least 7 years of experience in People Analytics, Performance or Workforce Planning, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven ability to build and scale performance frameworks, capacity models, and planning tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM, and reporting tools such as Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, Tableau, etc.
  • Skilled at connecting data to decision-making, with excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role where building processes and influencing executive strategy are required.
  • Ability to build and maintain scalable Talent Acquisition capacity models to forecast hiring demand versus recruiter bandwidth, by function and region.
  • Ability to set baseline performance metrics (e.g., hires per recruiter, sourcer ratios, coordinator bandwidth) to inform hiring strategy and budget planning.
  • Experience identifying capacity risks and proposing solutions such as contractor usage, team structure adjustments, or recruiter redeployment.
  • Experience defining and evolving KPIs that drive accountability and effectiveness across Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to partner with TA Operations and People Analytics to ensure dashboards, reports, and insights support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms.
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for TA leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience leading quarterly and annual recruiting planning in partnership with Finance and Business leaders.
  • Ability to help optimize recruiter, sourcer, and coordinator mix (inbound, outbound, generalist, specialist, FTE, contractor) to support hiring goals.
  • Experience ensuring recruiting capacity aligns with shifting business priorities while staying within budget.
  • Ability to work closely with TA Leadership, HRBPs, People Analytics, and Finance to connect recruiting strategy with broader workforce and business plans.
  • Experience participating in strategic plans for hiring and ensuring alignment with business growth and transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies.
