Job Description
A sales-focused role responsible for driving new business, managing enterprise accounts, and promoting all-flash enterprise storage solutions through relationship building, strategic planning, and collaboration with partners in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and secure enterprise accounts in collaboration with partners
- Promote and advocate for all-flash enterprise storage technology
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to close deals
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close sales consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills required to engage new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
- Language proficiency in German and professional English; native Swiss-German is a big plus
