Job Description
The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships as an Account Executive in the data storage industry, focusing on promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions, building partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build relationships with customers and channel partners
- Promote and advocate for all-flash enterprise storage technology solutions
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with partners such as Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Commercial accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Ability to build relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Native bilingual and professional proficiency in English
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
