Job Description
The Residential Energy Specialist at PosiGen is responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing sales, focusing on helping customers save money through solar energy solutions. This mobile role involves in-home consultations, account management, and building a book of business through self-generated leads.
Responsibilities
- •Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
- •Build a book of business through self-generated leads
- •Leverage proprietary referral app and incentives
- •Attend company-provided appointments
- •Assist homeowners in executing documents and maximizing savings
- •Maintain ongoing partnerships with customers during installation and activation
- •Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- •Must be 18 years of age or older.
- •Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
- •Must be flexible based on customer availability.
- •Prior sales experience OR college OR military experience preferred.
- •Proficient with computer programs.
- •Salesforce CRM is used heavily.
- •Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- •Must be flexible and able to work Saturday, evening, and holidays as needed.
- •Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process.
