Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and enhancement of Pano AI's wildfire detection platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into impactful product solutions that improve wildfire response and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-impact product investments to simplify complex customer experiences
- Break down large, ambiguous customer pain points into clear priorities using data and customer discovery
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to deliver product solutions
- Own and manage a highly visible product area to improve customer engagement and reduce noise
Requirements
- Experience in product management, specifically in breaking down large, ambiguous customer pain points into clear priorities using data, customer discovery, and iterative execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ability to partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver product solutions that balance customer value, product velocity, and business goals.
- Proven experience in owning and driving a highly visible product area, utilizing customer empathy, data analysis, and structured thinking to improve customer engagement.
- Strong skills in data analysis and structured thinking to inform product decisions and reduce noise in customer engagement processes.
