Job Description
A strategic leadership role responsible for scaling and managing Palmetto's HVAC and Heat Pump business unit, including product development, go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and financial performance to drive growth and profitability in the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale HVAC and Heat Pump consumer product and financing offerings.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies across sales channels including dealer networks, OEMs, and internal sales teams.
- Establish fulfillment strategies and partnerships to ensure seamless customer purchase experiences.
- Identify and secure key partnerships to support business growth.
- Lead strategy, operations, and execution to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for seamless platform integration.
- Partner with Capital Markets to define funding needs for financial products.
- Manage P&L and operational metrics to drive growth and ensure profitability.
- Build and develop a supporting team for the HVAC HP business segment.
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience, with leadership roles in the HVAC HP industry
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success in a GM, senior leadership, or business unit leadership role, owning both strategic direction and operational execution
- Deep network across the HVAC HP ecosystem, including dealers, OEMs, distribution partners, and sales leaders
- Strong knowledge of HVAC HP sales channels, dealer networks, and go-to-market models
- Experience developing or supporting consumer finance or embedded financial products is a plus
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
