Requirements

- •Have experience in shaping strategy, launching products, scaling operations, or turning chaos into clarity.
- •Be proactive in spotting gaps and getting involved without needing detailed instructions or management oversight.
- •Prioritize effectiveness and efficiency over working to backlogs or writing business cases.
- •Own accountability and responsibility for your work without relying on formal processes or functional shoulder pads.
- •Possess the ability to go from an idea to a live product or solution in days, not months.
- •Have the capability to work across various areas such as operations, tech, customer, product, commercial, or strategy, with the flexibility to help determine where you fit best.
- •Demonstrate a willingness to answer customer emails and engage directly with customers as part of your role.
