Job Description
The Special Projects Manager will work closely with the Strategy Director to lead strategic initiatives that drive the growth of Octopus Electric Vehicles, focusing on projects that enhance customer retention, explore acquisition opportunities, and support international expansion in the electric vehicle market.
Responsibilities
- •Support strategic initiatives to drive the uptake of EVs in the UK
- •Revamp end-to-end activities related to customer retention
- •Review potential acquisition opportunities
- •Explore potential international expansion
- •Launch new products at the intersection of energy flexibility and vehicle finance
Requirements
- •Experience as a strategy consultant, investment banker, or venture capitalist.
- •Ability to work on crucial strategic initiatives across Octopus Electric Vehicles.
- •Demonstrated capability to support the growth of a business in a rapidly growing market.
- •Proven track record of working on projects that have an outsized impact on business performance.
- •Experience in revamping end-to-end activities related to customer retention.
- •Experience in reviewing potential acquisition opportunities.
- •Experience in exploring international expansion opportunities.
- •Experience in launching new products at the intersection of energy flexibility and vehicle finance.
