Job Description
A remote customer service role focused on engaging in real conversations, problem-solving, and making a positive impact in the energy industry, requiring flexibility, fast-paced learning, and a passion for industry change.
Responsibilities
- •Engage in real conversations with customers to understand their energy-related needs and issues.
- •Resolve customer problems related to energy services through problem-solving and support.
- •Participate in activities such as group exercises, role plays, and interviews to demonstrate company culture and work skills.
Requirements
- •Ability to work a total of 37.5 hours per week, with at least 50% of those hours worked out of hours, including 7.5 hours over the weekend.
- •Must be an immediate starter for the role.
- •Willingness to participate in a remote interview process, including a first stage interview (either live or recorded responses), a prep call with the Talent Team, a Discovery Day involving group exercises, role plays, and one-on-one interviews, and a final remote interview with two leadership team members.
- •Ability to communicate effectively in a remote working environment.
- •Flexibility to work across morning, evening, and weekend shifts as part of the scheduled 37.5 hours per week.
- •Willingness to engage in activities designed to give a sense of company culture and work environment during the interview process.
