Job Description
The Credit Underwriter at Octopus Electric Vehicles will focus on assessing B2B and consumer credit risk, developing new policies and tech tools to enhance credit risk evaluation, and contributing to the company's goal of providing quick credit line decisions.
Responsibilities
- •Assess B2B credit risk for business contract hire and salary sacrifice products
- •Evaluate consumer credit applications
- •Develop policies, processes, and tech tools for credit risk assessment
- •Provide quick credit line decisions for B2B and consumer clients
Requirements
- •Experience in credit underwriting, specifically for B2B credit risk and consumer credit.
- •Ability to create and implement policies and processes for assessing credit risk.
- •Strong analytical skills to efficiently and accurately assess credit risk.
- •Experience with technology and datasets relevant to credit underwriting.
