Job Description
The Account Executive will serve as the primary contact for employers offering electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes, supporting their onboarding, nurturing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to promote growth and retention within the sustainable transportation sector.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and support a portfolio of employers offering the EV salary sacrifice scheme
- •Support the launch of the scheme for new employer clients
- •Build and grow relationships with existing employer clients
- •Ensure client retention and satisfaction
- •Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing Octopus Electric Vehicles
Requirements
- •Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- •A genuine passion for driving growth, outstanding customer experience, and sustainability.
- •Flair for relationship building and good commercial acumen.
- •Experience supporting the launch of customer schemes and growing customer relationships (implied, as the role involves supporting launch, growing relationships, and retention).
