Job Description
The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end installation and onboarding of clients for Metergy Solutions, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to support business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- •Own the end-to-end installation and onboarding process for new and existing clients
- •Proactively communicate and identify issues to develop mitigation plans
- •Continuously improve business operations to adapt to market conditions and growth
Requirements
- •Proven experience in managing end-to-end installation and onboarding processes for clients, demonstrating ability to oversee complex projects from initiation to completion.
- •Strong pro-active communication skills and the ability to identify issues early to develop mitigation plans that minimize impact to the business and clients.
- •Experience in continuous improvement initiatives to help evolve business operations in response to changing market conditions and growth plans.
- •Ability to work effectively within a company culture that emphasizes proactive communication, issue identification, and continuous improvement.
- •Demonstrated ability to develop and implement mitigation plans to address potential issues during project execution.
- •Experience in managing projects related to utility metering, submetering, or similar infrastructure installations is preferred but not explicitly required.
- •Knowledge of utility consumption measurement, billing, or related fields is desirable but not explicitly mandated.
- •Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- •Physical ability to oversee installation activities, which may include site visits and on-site project management tasks.
- •Experience with project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
