Job Description
The Staff Product Manager - Financials will lead the development and management of financial products and systems within Kraken’s innovative energy management platform, focusing on creating sustainable, AI-driven solutions to optimize energy resources and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and manage the product roadmap for energy management platforms.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- •Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven energy solutions and customer systems.
- •Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation.
- •Ensure the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality customer experiences through product features.
Requirements
- •Experience in product management within the energy or utility industry, with a focus on customer information systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, or AI-driven communications.
- •Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative energy management platforms.
- •Strong understanding of AI-driven platform development and energy management technologies.
- •Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- •Ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's mission to create a sustainable energy system.
- •Experience in managing product lifecycle from conception to deployment and iteration.
- •Demonstrated experience in working on projects that optimize renewable generation, create intelligent grids, or improve customer experience in energy management.
- •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Management, or related discipline.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on transforming the energy industry.
