Job Description
A Senior Client Delivery Lead responsible for supporting energy sector clients in transitioning to Kraken's data platform, transforming their data capabilities, and ensuring successful implementation of reporting and analytics solutions through collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in transitioning to Kraken data and transforming their internal data capabilities.
- Work directly with clients and Kraken teams to enable impactful reporting and data analysis.
- Support clients in building transformative data capabilities to maximize value from Kraken data.
- Collaborate with Kraken product managers and developers to communicate client needs and request development support.
- Refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities based on client problems or requests.
- Assist clients in adopting ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Support migration projects and ongoing technology transformation journeys for North American clients.
- Provide hands-on support by writing queries and solving data challenges when needed.
- Advise and upskill clients and colleagues on data-related topics.
Requirements
- Experience in data and a track record of supporting their own or others data teams, ideally in the energy sector.
- Ability to support clients in transitioning to using Kraken data and transforming their internal data capabilities in service of larger business transformation.
- Experience in shaping data product roadmaps based on real-world needs.
- Ability to work directly with clients and across Kraken teams to enable impactful reporting, answer data questions, and advise on building transformative data capabilities.
- Hands-on experience supporting data-related tasks such as writing queries or solving data challenges.
- Experience in advising or up-skilling clients and colleagues in data capabilities.
- Experience in ensuring smooth transition of clients' reporting and analytics to Kraken platform.
- Ability to help clients build transformative data capabilities to maximize value from Kraken data and support business goals.
- Understanding of how Kraken works, including the ability to understand client problems or requests and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities.
- Ability to bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate improvements for clients.
- Experience in supporting clients' adaptation to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Ability to work closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
- Experience supporting North American clients through their technology transformation journeys, including supporting new and long-term migration projects.
