Job Description
The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing technology migration and long-term requirements for energy management projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technology domain projects related to billing, finance, and communications for client migrations or long-term requirements.
- Partner with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as clients, to deliver project results and meet business needs.
- Understand Kraken's platform capabilities, analyze client requests, and develop solutions leveraging existing and new features.
- Integrate technology, people, and processes to drive improvements and innovations for clients.
- Support clients in adapting to Kraken's ways of working and development style.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to communicate client needs and facilitate development requests.
Requirements
- Experience in managing client delivery projects within the energy or technology sector, specifically related to migration onto a platform or managing long-term technology requirements.
- Strong understanding of how Kraken’s platform works, including its capabilities and operational processes.
- Ability to understand problems or requests raised by clients and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities effectively.
- Proven ability to bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client outcomes.
- Experience working in partnership with technology and operational teams at both the company and client sides to deliver results.
- Ability to support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken’s development style.
- Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a liaison to the client.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a tech domain such as billing, finance, or communications for client projects.
- Experience supporting or leading technology migration projects or managing long-term technology requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and refine technical solutions to meet client needs effectively.
- Experience in managing or coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client delivery, project management, or a related role in a technology-driven environment.
- Educational background in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
