Job Description
The AI Delivery Manager at Kraken is responsible for orchestrating the delivery and adoption of the Agent Augment product, ensuring seamless user experiences for clients and their customers, and supporting technical delivery and continuous improvement within a fast-paced AI and energy platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the delivery of seamless user experiences for clients and their customers.
- Manage the delivery and adoption of the Agent Augment product and its features.
- Ensure alignment of goals, delivery, dependencies, planning, and communication between internal and external teams.
- Support technical delivery and drive continuous improvement of the product.
- Act as the first point of contact for questions related to the product internally and externally.
- Upskill client delivery teams to enable them to support clients effectively.
- Share ownership with the Product Manager for the successful delivery of the user experience.
Requirements
- Experience in orchestrating the delivery of seamless user experiences for clients and their customers.
- Ability to deliver a suite of Agent Augmentation Features, including evolving from the principal feature Magic Ink.
- Proven ability to ensure goal alignment, delivery, dependencies, planning, and communication between impacted teams internally and externally.
- Shared ownership of the successful delivery of the user experience with the Product Manager (PM).
- Expertise in the products being delivered, serving as the first point of contact for questions internally and for upskilling client delivery teams to enable them to be the first point of contact for clients.
- Experience managing client relationships and overall delivery to ensure successful product usage.
- Supporting technical delivery of the product.
- Driving continuous improvement in the delivery process and product adoption.
