Job Description
A temporary role focused on managing and processing document revisions, supporting document control workflows, and assisting with data management using TipQA software, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process document revisions via the Document Control Ticketing System
- Convert documents to updated templates
- Assist in renumbering and titling revised documents with document owners and stakeholders
- Track and report on the Document Control process performance
- Support data uploading and other tasks across TipQA software modules
Requirements

- Assist with uploading data and other support across all modules implemented into TipQA software.
- Fluent in Office 365 applications.
- Strong in time management, with the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to achieve results independently.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good writing and proofreading skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Team oriented.
- Associate's degree or relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Work onsite.
